no need to tighten the oil filter that much. hand tight is fine.

Not tightening the drain bolt according to the proper tigheness spec using a torque wrench is probably the reason why it keeps having dripping problems.

I took my BMW G310R to Bowker Motorrad at Preston Docks for the 6k service they didn't check my brake fluid or tighten my chain, please avoid

I strictly avoid installation of such accessories on bike. If manufacturer has recommended then yes.
