Looks good! I couldnt see in the clip, but you need to sand down all the paint between the rim and brake rotors. It doenst seem like much, but the small amount of paint affects the brake lever feel alot as the callipers and rotors are not floating. I did a complete renovation on a r100 last year and it took me a while to figure out why the brakes didnt feel or performed well.

Ahhh now I see where the parts that they powder coated the wrong side were meant to go - I thought they were from the engine casing! Looks great. They really built those wheels to last, didn't they : )

Just a friendly reminder. With new bearings you have to set preload on them, or else you risk blowing out a bearing at speed! And I could not spot any grease in the bearings, but that could just be me watching a BMW video after midnight :D And +1 to what Patrik wrote about the rim and rotors, I had the same issue.

Tyres size is good .. What is the size number u use?

What kind of tubes did you use? I have the same kind of snowflake tires, but the tire tubes I bought that matched the dimensions wouldn’t fit due to the valve stem.
