This is a tough one for Shakur. If he signs with PBC and Tank is not guaranteed he's going to fight once a year. PBC fighters are not active. He could sign with Top Rank and he might get the Loma fight. Or he could sign with Matchroom at least with Eddie Hearn he'll be active and flexible to fight other fighters at different promotional companies. With Top Rank it will only be in house fights possibly Loma. With the PBC possibly Tank but he'll fight once a year. My opinion sign with Matchroom and he could still fight Tank or Loma. Eddie Hearn don't mind sending his fighters to other promotional companies.

@@z4659 He'll do a cross promotion if he's the A side. Shakur fought De la Santos who's a PBC fighter. Shakur was the A side. Bob Arum wont do a cross promotion as the B side.

But just because you a Super Tank fan let's not pretend like Tank has any plans to fight Shakur anytime soon in his 6/7 fight deal anyway. So it goes both ways. Tank can easily after his fight say I wanna make Shakur next or I want Shakur in my next 2 fights. Easy!! Then at that point you can point the finger at Shakur an say it's on him now.....

Before the Edwin fight Bob said Top Rank control the money now so Shakur doesnt have to go to PBC. If Bob and Shakur really want the Tank fight, since they got the money they could offer Tank a fight.

He should use his free agency to leverage the right deal If it’s PBC have it written in contract that Tank will be on the table in the first 2-3 fights. If it’s Top Rank ask for Loma and Navarette End of story. Negotiate what you want as a free agent

If they not willing to promise a fight with Tank on paper withen the next 2 fights it's no point at all to sign with the PBC. It'll actually be stupid .

Regardless he has to sign a 2 or 3 fight deal with somebody. Business is business and Kur isn't that big a draw to garnish much pull in his favor. Look at Crawford for example. He over stayed with Top Rank now he is trying to play the free agent game with no name. One fight deals are for bigger names. And even then it's rare.
