The naive one is actually you. Howie's not innocent and pure. Like Bob Sagat Howie was always a crass comedian. Just mainstream audiences (such as you) only know him for the family friendly tv stuff. Which is a job for him. His stand up, and this podcast, are who Howie is. I actually feel like of all his roles in TV and film, his character (Maurice) from Little Monsters is the best casting for him. That character is very much Howie Mandell. A crass goofball who likes to prank people and it only matters if he thinks it's funny. He doesn't care if anyone else gets it.

@cornbredx lol you're absolutely correct. Howie has always been this way. You know what I find hilarious? The fact that he is a germophobe, yet he constantly likes to look up the grossest things, and puzzles on it. Lol like he can't figure out why gross things are so gross lol and I love it. That clip he put on tik tok of a type of plant that looks like a hairy ballsac sent me 😂. The prolapse though is such a golden buzzer classic. 😭💀
