This is so fucking well-edited. The way the kids touch the floor on the second verse "flooooOOOOOOOOR". The "yaaaay!"s. The 1,2,3,4 cheering. The way the kid at 0:55 looks like she's singing along "let the bodies". The "Shhhhhhh" part. Literally phenomenal.

I mean the funniest part of this is that is basically what the Kid's Bop series does in real life. Take very adult songs and turn them into kid's songs. On another note we now need a lullaby version when where the singer stays at the whispering level of volume for the entire song.

So I found this video for the first time when my partner was in the hospital with COVID and showed it to him when he got back. I’d been so scared I would lose him that even when he was on his way home I struggled to let myself believe it was real. This mashup made him laugh so hard that I could finally breathe knowing he really did survive - his ability to laugh like that proved he was alive. Thank you for giving us this absurd mashup. The ridiculousness of the concept and skillful execution really give it the power it has, and it will always have a special place in my heart.

K, I am a mom to a 1 year old and I also look after my 1yo nephew and 3yo niece during the week so I would say I'm pretty familiar with crappy children's music. This is so spot on. The animated numbers, the honks and bells. Let me tell you I was cry-laughing so fucking hard at this when my kids were napping today, and then I let them listen to it this afternoon and they loved it. I nearly pissed myself from laughing.

I love that this works on so many levels. You put so much thought into every detail, like his metal scream at 1:04 making the room go awkwardly quiet in shock before he picks it up again.
