Great workout! Very easy to follow. This is very manageable for someone like me who have stopped working out long ago and gained a lot of weight. Time to regain that strenght again.

I just started the exercises and I love them, the slow soft movements , also nobody talking what I always find so annoying, so I can just concentrate in the exercises and the music 👌🏻plus they show you the muscles you are working, I’ll keep it up, I need to loose 20 pounds 🤞💪thank you!

Veľmi mi róby toto cvičenie dobré. Som ťažký pacient mám reumatiidnu artritídu, cukrovku a srdcové ochorenie , nie som obézna. Pomáha mi k lepšiemu zdraviu a kondícii. Cvičím po menej , viac krát za deň, ako vladzem. Som dôchodkyňa 64 ale cvičím roky lebo musím. Ináč by som bola asi ležiaca. Ďakujem..❤

I really like this exercises, well done! I've been doing It for a week, every day and I feel improvements. I'm not fat but I have to reduce the waistline at least 6/8 cm. I ask if there is anyone who has achieved good results, I would be encouraged to go on

Exelente. Si funcionan muy bien comense pesando 60 kilos y he bajado 5 kilos y la silueta se me ha transformado hice una dieta oara las chicas interesadas yogourt blanco 0%sin materia grasa y zanahoria ralliant. Dos litros de agua y unas pastillas de nopal o figa de barbarie .tambien ajusté la musculacion esta série esta muy rica y ademas la musica esta muy buena .tengo 53 y la gente piensa que tengo 39.hacer déporté vamos todas😂❤.
