И тук има несъответствие между заглавието( 2 инча загуба в талията за 1 седмица) и препоръчителния план( 4 седмици по съответния брой повторения)!

Do it every day if u want. But they recommended plan Week 1 : 3 days Week2: 4 days Week3: 5 days Week4: 6 days That is all

Ако губите по 2 инча на седмица,за 4 седмици са 8 ×2.54(см)=20.32 см,което е невъзможно за един месец!

I just wish the music wasn’t so very awful. I have to keep the volume down low enough just to hear the beeps.

@@body-now all the exercise videos have varying music just generic enough to not irritate. Too many of the songs on this one are watered down versions of various genres. It’s almost elevator music. Unfortunately this is my favorite half hour workout video. Otherwise I wouldn’t have even said commented. I’m not trying to criticize.
