This quick workout features exercises using the stroller so moms can get a workout, while keeping baby smiling! All moves are safe and effective, with options for all fitness levels.
Stroller featured is the UPPAbaby VISTA performance travel system using the UPPAbaby MESA car seat. I love it because it easily converts from a single to double, so great to use with just my baby (like in this video), or my baby and toddler. It has expandable seat selections and configurations so baby can face you or face out, and a one button, telescoping handlebar to accommodate different heights (and different workouts!). It also has an extra large storage basket to throw in a mat or resistance band for some extra moves with baby at the park!

I love this, Ive been pushing my toddler in the stroller for awhile now and have never thought about doing these exercise moves before our walk. Thank you, love your channel

I ended up watching this video while stretching after doing one of your other postnatal strength workouts. I can't wait to try it the next time we take the stroller outside! I love this video so much because you have your daughter in it - thanks for being honest about what being a mom really is like! Babies aren't always smiling and happy, and I love that you showed us that in your video. Love your workouts!

Your exercises are absolutely helpful for me! I can't do much core stuff because of the abdominal split issue but a lot of your exercises in the mom workouts are gentle on the core which is so helpful for healing it so thank you so much!!!! Blessings

When exactly can one start doing this after a c section or a natural birth?

Once you're cleared by your doctor for exercise, usually around 6-8 weeks! But usually you can start walking any time (unless your doctor tells you not to).
