It wasn’t hard. It was because the gear was improperly attached. No matter how soft the landing was, the friction of the gear sliding on the ground would rip it off.

@@nicopatty3 it is, during takeoff you may hear the pilot say, cabin crew prepare the slides/doors. And after landing the pilot will say disengage the slides/doors but because it was an emergency landing they needed to get off the aircraft as soon as possible
