Thanks for the info. I'm sure the jig hasn't changed in 5-6 years since you made the video. I had a old school jig made out of actual metal but I'll be danged if I can find it.

a roll of foil tape at the hardware store would be alot cheaper.

+whoflungpoop1212 I use duct tape. Cheap, lasts forever and works about as well.

👍 when pressing vanes onto the jig with your finger you might want to wipe surface to be glued with proper prep solvent before applying glue . Another gizmo to try ! 😂

I just got this jig to re-fletch some arrows but it looks like it is going to be a big pain. It has a center post for pre-nocked arrows but it will not hold the arrow from flopping around. The towers have slop in them too so it looks like it will be very difficult to get things to line up as you close it up. Instant glue would not allow time to get things in line so assume I will not use that type of glue, but a longer set. The towers have slots in the mounting so can move in or out so it is not easy to get each one set to contact well. I hope my opinion changes but since most often to re-fletch a pre-nocked arrow this is really not the best tool.

Seems like a great clamp but having to apply tape that cost twenty bucks for 20 strips every time you flash having to cut the tape I'll pass on that. If you get glue on the EZ Fletch stick it in a mason jar with acetone good as new

The description says you can only do 2.25" fletchings with the red helical arms. Im shooting a 2.75" so am i SOL?

Yes, you just need to fit the correct center post which will accept the pin nock into it.

Nope, I just got it and it's horrible on feathers... it can be done but not precisely since the feathers flex and all. This comment is old but just incase someone else is wondering the same thing

It will do feathers, but only up to 5 inches.

I was interested in this jig as well for feathers until I read this in the link. The Tower® is not for use with swedged end shafts or feathers. What a shame looks very nice.

TheRedhawke it depends on which arms you use. You only need to switch arms for feathers.

Why would you pay that for that tape!!! You do realize all it is is aluminum duct tape right!! Buy a roll at Lowe's or home Depot for about $8!!! Then cut it...if that's all you use that tape for...will last you a life time!!

Love when companies rip people off!! I am looking to buy a jig...can tell you right now...just because of them screwing people off on that tape...I'll buy a different jig!!! I don't take that lightly!!!!

Too far to be a good Fletcher, inconsistent, too flexible, inaccurate, easy to misalignment of the arrow shaft, only work with very tick vanes, the vanes fall off when you close the jig. TOO expensive for this piece of plastic. Don't try to use at 3 degrees, you will see how cheapest and inaccurate is it. NO RECOMMENDED a waste of money. Can I return to them and refund my money?
