Great job Steve checking out the oil tank 👍!!! I always would check the basement tanks in the fall before delivery or if it's a new customer and tell them don't touch the tank! Dumb homeowner almost caused a problem.

I just love how some people don´t give a shit. The boiler is spraying water fuckin everywhere ruining the basement and house, don´t even try to do damage control. Great video as always, Steve

Someone that I knew once was trying to pour oil in the tank with a 5 gallon can. They were to cheap to call a company and have the tank filled.

So if the pressure regulator has a check valve why do you need a blackflow preventer? My HVAC guy said I didn't need and it's another leaker. Is it a zoning thing?
