As much as I found pickles to be annoying she did not in anyway shape or form deserved to be cheated on. Mr peanut butter should’ve told pickles from the beginning of the cheating in a private setting. You can tell that this really hurt her, she genuinely did at least have fond feelings for mr peanut butter and after what he did those feelings must’ve been crushed just like her trust in him.

Mr. PB is the perfect example of "Nice Guy Syndrome" He doesn't understand that being a "nice" guy isn't the same as being a good man.

I think PB was so nonchalant about losing her because, deep in his heart, he couldn't salvage his relationship with Pickles. He knew he ruined it and no amount of allowing her to sleep around would make it a healthy relationship. He just couldn't admit it because of his undying optimism.

It’s supposed to be funny that she squealed so high but it just made me think of when I stepped on my dogs tail and it made me tear up because she felt so betrayed despite being so trusting and warm.

I love the small detail 1:02 at where he realizes that he's pointing up 2 fingers, and brings one down because he cheated on her twice.

The fact that he admitted he cheated with Diane, and Pickles' immediate reaction was, "Diane? The nice lady?" shows just how innocent and pure she is 💔

I feel really bad for pickles. She’s so young and she got swept up being with an older man who is a celebrity and got her heartbroken, but she really didn’t deserve. She was nice and she didn’t do anything wrong. I hope to meet someone more age-appropriate for her who treats are good and she has a much better romantic relationship after her break up with PB.

A part of me wants Mr. Peanutbutter to get his own spin off show because out of all 5 of the main characters, I feel like he still has a lot more growth to do. Bojack and Diane faced their inner demons, Princess Caroline got her family, and Todd found his place in the world. But Peanutbutters story arch just feels very incomplete and he still feels like the same dog. I suspect if the show was allowed to do the extra 2 seasons that they origially wanted we would've really got to see a more satisfying character arch from him. Since the shows done, why not give Peanutbutter his own show? Where we get to see him learn to drop the fake nice guy act, stop running away from his negative emotions, learn to listen to others, (maybe give an older woman a chance) and grow up.

Only episode of the show that I've shown to people who had never seen Bojack before and they cracked up. Even with zero context as to what was going on or who the characters are it stands alone as just flat out hilarious. Reminds me of The Office "Dinner Party"

Am I the only one who didn’t really like how Mr. PB cheated on her from a story standpoint? Personally, it felt like the writers made him too likable and they wanted to make him fit more in with other characters. I think there is an interesting characterization they could have had with an attractive older man constantly dating women in their 20’s, but it kind of felt like they took the easy way and said “oh let’s just make him cheat.” I think it would have been better to have more storylines in which pickles meets his ex wives, and slowly comes to the realization he will never grow up, and then decides to break it off with him.

I know she was separated when he met Pickles, but... Anyone find it creepy how he picked a clearly young and naïve woman. The reason why I say Pickles was naïve is because of how she acted; it's like they were willingly trying to paint her as a naïve person, showing that she was. Considering how a lot of people think of those who cheat, some people will say, "I refuse to go out with you if you're separated because you're still married," especially religious Christians. They may not want to date a divorcee or somebody who is separated, and so that's when things get awkward. And so, he picked someone who would willingly go out with somebody who was still legally married, and to me, I feel like that's why he dated Pickles. Pickles is so naïve and young that she was potentially able to agree to this, especially considering how Pickles was willing to date a legally married dude, as well as the fact that she was really forgiving him for sleeping with a stranger, which is actually really bad. If you have sex with a stranger, you could get STDs because you don't know who that stranger is, but she's thinking, "Well, if that's your ex-wife, that may mean that there's still a connection there." But it's all together bad because if he slept with a stranger, he could have given her an STD since he didn't know that stranger, whereas his ex-wife could have been sleeping with strangers and gotten an STD.
