Debbie really told a viltrumite warrior "you're sleeping on the couch tonight"😂. She is the kind of courageous woman we need in this show. Not afraid to tell her intergalactic threat of a husband when he has crossed the line. In short, everything the writers wanted to make Amber and failed at HORRIBELY.

When Mark fought the villains last episode Omni man was the one who called the guardians of the globe to help when he was loosing. Although he did not step in to help himself its not like he did nothing.

The guy modifying the humans was played by Ezra Miller. The one role of his that aged well since it's a villain role. Still can't get over that everyone dropped Johnny Depp because of that bitch of a creature Amber Herd but EM still gets his super hero movie to come out after beating women all around Hawaii.

This is one of the lesser episodes for me. There are so many more interesting side stories in the comics, but the screen writers wanted to focus on Amber as a strong, independent woman. I can understand her being angry that Mark is always late with bad excuses and sometimes bruises. Everything else written about Amber just makes her look worse, not better. Mark was "hit by a bus" and Amber is deciding if she can forgive him for that. Right when he accepts the relationship is over and begins to leave, she reels him back in. Mark left Amber's side when she was safe to "go get help" and she flies off the handle over it. [COMIC BOOK AMBER SPOILERS BELOW] Comic Book Amber was also angry / concerned about Mark always leaving unexpectantly and showing up later with a new set of bruises and bad excuses. She thought Mark was mixed up in street gangs and selling drugs.

They dont try to make her an "independent woman". Especially since she is a 16 years kid you know. She is hurt because Mark keeps it a secret from her, which basically means that he doesn't think of a serious relationship with her

@@carmony8756 I disagree. She is 17, almost 18 in the series. What the screen writers are trying to make of her is not a genuine character but an agenda based 'ideal'. They failed. Cartoon Amber comes across as a narcissist who is more concerned with being in control. She could care less about Mark's feelings and his struggles. It's all about her and to her Mark should feel the same way. She had her opportunity to drop the relationship but reeled Mark back in when he accepted the romance was over. The "I forgive you" shows dominance control - not caring. Mark shouldn't have to tell Amber because she feels she deserves it. Mark should only tell her his secrets when he feels comfortable - not pressured. His concerns are not just about him. Mark has legitimate reasons for his secret. He has to protect all his loved ones from his enemies who will go after family and friends to get at him. This secret is much much bigger than sharing your bank account, credit card, house, and marriage with another. Lives are at stake here. Mark and Amber have not even been going together for 6 months and she acts like he owes her everything. Anyone above the emotional intelligence of a toddler can understand this. Kind of hard to feel comfortable sharing a secret with a narcissist who was willing to blackmail & control Todd over his secrets. It is awkward writing for any character to act like Amber's behavior is in the right.

I genuinely couldn't care less about Amber as a character, but I also know that sometimes shows simply have characters that I just don't care for. No need to hurl accusations and assign labels to the screen writers. You're not going to like every character, just leave it at that. Damn.@@dunringill1747
