@@haystackbill6187its not really an overexaggeration. For their respective universes, battle beast is in a higher bracket. Battle beast is in the top 2 strongest characters, whereas Thanos isnt in that top top tier. Though Thanos would obviously wipe battle beast

@nekoaltman305 I mean, if you're comparing Thanos to skyfathers and cosmic beings like Galactus ofc he's not gonna be top-tier. The implication is kinda that among like the typical "strong" characters like Thor and Hulk and Gladiator, because when people typically think of "top tiers" in Marvel they're not typically thinking of like, the Beyonder, or Living Tribunal, Eternity and so on, they're typically thinking of superheroes like, again, Thor, Hulk, Silver Surfer, etc. and Thanos definitely occupies a top spot in that hierarchy at least very similarly to how Battle Beast fits in his own verse.

@@sebastianjoseph2828I guess it’s because most reactors assume Battle Beast saying “There is no honor in killing insects,” is him making excuses and running away when that isn’t the case at all and he actually meant what he said. I suppose they don’t want people to get the wrong idea about Battle Beast. But yeah, it would probably be more impactful if people didn’t say how powerful he is and let the reactors find out on their own.

Yess. I can't wait to see this. I've been waiting for this. This reaction is gonna be amazing :D And it was. This reaction was fantastic. I like how they make it seem like Omni Man was correct and that just frustrates the viewer, because Mark's job is to help and Debbie encouraged him to do so. Omni Man seemed to just stand there and watch everything, absolutely not caring about Mark. This episode was amazing, and Invincible almost became vincible for a moment, if Battle Beast hadn't decided to give up on the fight he deemed beneath him.

Overall, this is one of my more favorite episodes but it does have some writing flaws. There is at least one inorganic scene. Eve's father is a well written old fashioned chauvinist character in the comics. He is very over-protective of his daughter. The show screenwriters added an extra narrative that does not fit with the rest of 'Dad's' character - "All guys cheat - Forgive him!" This is the direct opposite of wanting to protect his little girl (the entire point of his argument with Eve). It pushes the narrative that guys are garbage at the expense of organic character behavior. There is another scene that is a bit odd, but mostly for those who read the comics. Battle Beast (the OP lion guy) joined the fight for the glory of a good fight. How exactly did Machine Head have the connections to hire Battle Beast? Maybe this will be explained later - or maybe it won't. Either way, it is almost like seeing Marvel's Kingpin hire Thanos.

Really enjoyed this episode on my first watch and liked Titan as a character and the brutal defeat Invincible and the guardians have yalls reaction to them getting clapped by Battle beast did not disappoint.

Without spoiling anything, just wanna say that Lion dude that single-handedly whooped the strongest Guardian's asses, including Mark, is named Battle Beast and he's the second/third strongest character in the show, so Mark lucked out here that he didn't hit him as hard as he could lol. And they're all lucky he left when he got bored.
