INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE:
400g of sifted flour
2 spoons of baking powder
4 tablespoons of sugar
250g of grated butter or margarine
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar (for egg white)
pinch of salt
2 tbsp cream 18%
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
400g of blueberries
2 tablespoons of pudding
240g black fruit jam
powdered sugar for sprinkling
EXECUTION:
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, 4 tablespoons of sugar, grated butter or margarine to the bowl and combine the ingredients.
Then add the yolks, cream, mix and knead the dough.
Divide the kneaded dough into 3 equal parts (put two pieces of dough in the freezer).
Roll out one piece of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper with dimensions of 25x20 cm (or similar) and prick it with a fork.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Pour the blueberries into the bowl, add the pudding and mix thoroughly.
Put black fruit jam on the baked cake and spread it.
We put blueberries out and spread them.
On a grater, grate the second part of the dough and sprinkle the blueberries.
Beat 4 proteins with a pinch of salt, gradually add 3/4 cup of sugar.
