"In a new book, Steve Bannon, the former White House chief strategist, calls a meeting of Trump campaign officials with a Russian lawyer in Trump Tower during the presidential campaign "treasonous" and "unpatriotic.”
The book, "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," soon to be published by Henry Holt, was written by Michael Wolff, a columnist and an author who has written several books, including a biography of Rupert Murdoch. In it, Bannon rips into Donald Trump Jr.; White House senior adviser Jared Kushner; and then-campaign chairman Paul Manafort for taking a June 2016 meeting with a group of Russians who promised dirt on Hillary Clinton, the Democratic nominee.
"The three senior guys in the campaign thought it was a good idea to meet with a foreign government inside Trump Tower in the conference room on the 25th floor with no lawyers," Bannon said, according to a copy of the book obtained by NBC News.
"Even if you thought that this was not treasonous, or unpatriotic, or bad shit, and I happen to think it's all of that, you should have called the FBI immediately,” he added.”*

If anything, Ben's counter-argument against Cenk's stance on money in politics was pretty embarrassing; he equated TYT receiving investment money with politicians receiving campaign donations. They are not Trump apologists. They believe in facts, as do hundreds of serious journalists. There are as yet, NO facts showing any such "collusion". There have been one false narrative after another put forward by the media. So far all false. Even the warrant used to tap flynn's phone was based on a false document.

robin gibson - i wouldnt put kyle and jimmy in the same basket. kyle is committed to evidence, and is willing to acknowledge facts. jimmy strikes me as an ideologue and partisan, and willing to sacrifice facts.

He interviews countless people, experts in the field of intelligence, former cia specialists who have discredited the propaganda you so closely hold to your chest like a bible. Perhaps if you were willing to pull your head out of your ass and seek the truth you would see this is a game we have all played before, only difference is that some of us are not stupid enough to be cheated a 2nd time.

Joe Doe - what propaganda? there is an actual FBI investigation underway and 3 Trump aides have had actual charges filed against them. alex jones also interviews countless people who no one has ever heard of. doesn't mean a damn thing. my problem with jimmy is this claim - "Trump will be so bad and incompetent that he won't be able to do any bad thing". he has already done the following things: 1. empowered white nationalists. has given them voice and numbers. 2. exited climate change agreement. 3. successfully passed tax cut for corporations. 4. effectively buried the israel-palestine 2-state solution. 5. increased likelihood of armed conflict with Iran and its allies 6. increased likelihood of armed conflict with North Korea

Credit where it it due, young Turks have been on the money laundering from the start and this stuff from Bannon is supporting that 95%. I have always held their reporting with a grain of salt because wile I am quite liberal they are more fiscally liberal than me, but I’ll be honest, this lends them enormous credibility in my eyes.
