This is ridiculous. All they needed to do was send 1-2 agents with a truck, a dolly, and a chase car for security during travel. The documents were safe; there was no risk to the agents. The documents were voluntarily given up! Heck, all they needed was a courier.

Trump ignored a notice by the national archive and a subponea by the FBI (and worse made his lawyer lie that he didn't have them). His lawyer clearly admitted that his request for total immunity was to allow him to eliminate political opponents.
