Could put a magnetic plate on the wall there by your feet, to stick your fish grips / pliars /scissors to. Fish grips are plastic but you could glue a fridge magnet to em.

Yeah, I just bought the SS127 a few weeks ago .... that keel protector looks great. I don't want some duck tape on mine, so I'm very interested in what you are trying out. I've subscribed and will watch for your updates. Thanks for the great video.

Best cheapo scupper plug is pool noodle. Cut it down to size, jam a chunk down in there, easy. Better than most actual plugs, imo

Thanks for watching our video. The keel protector can be purchased on our web site. oneobjectivebf.com. I will tell you make sure you put the keel protector on before you put any 303 on. But my advice stay away from any UV sprays or hard cleaners

You should make a video of how u installed that ray marines. Also what battery you use. And how long you get out of one charge from it. It would get alot of views. Were all looking for it.

Hi you were looking for a place to put your pliers if you look on Jackson kayaks website on their accessories they make and sell a square or rectangle shape mesh panel that mounts to the side

Very nice man. So i heard you mention that you were an ex bass boater had a couple skeeters. Im an ex bass boater myself had a triton and just now getting in to the kayak game so i have narrowed this dow to two i think and its either the bonafide or the ascend , question is there a reason i havent seen a trolling motor set up on the bonafide also where do you het the black box and the keel guard ?

Yea I haven’t regretted selling my boat. Not one bit. If you looking around you will find a few trolling motor setups. The keel guard we make. Are you talking about the black pack that I keep my tackle in? If so it’s YakAttack they make a lot of great kayak accessories. Thank you for watching. P.S you can’t go wrong with a bonafide.

Yep i finally seen a few with the trolling motors and yes i think the bonafide is the one i will end up with dont seem to be a lot of dealers for them where did you buy yours from ?

I've read on some forums that the seat on the SS127 is kinda narrow and isn't as comfortable for larger dudes. I'm looking at picking one up and this video helped clarify that. Seems it works well for you right?

Yep I’m a big guy. 275 lbs and I don’t have any issues with the seat. I can fish for 8 to 10 hours with not a issue. It’s a great kayak! Worth the money!

I get my bonafide ss127 in about week I bought a fish finder with side imaging and woundering how should mount it on bottom of dry pack so that it is pass the hull

I bought a garmin echomap plus 73sv the transducer is pretty small about 3.5 inch length 2 inch wide around that

We have the 93sv. I’m sure it’s the same transducer. The bracket it came with works great. Just mount it to the bottom of the dry pod. It will be low enough so you can use side scan

Can you use the park pole in the scuffers as an anchor ?

Yea they drain good. You can get the plugs thru YakAttack if need be

I started using the chair rubber bottom things for scupper plugs a couple years ago. My area had no kayak accessories and I was going kayaking the next day so I just figured out what fit. Still use them. They work fine, I drilled a hole and ran Paracord through it and siliconed the inside to seal the hole.

Those are rubber covers for the bottom of chairs. I got them at Lowe’s. But they don’t work that great. YakAttack makes a set now the works in the bonafide.

@@OneObjective I dont understand why its needed. Chad Hoover drug one 15 miles with no issue. I would imagine the keel is sturdier than the bottom. Can you tell me why its needed?

In that video he had no weight in the boat. Plus when coming in to some ramps with sharp rocks or concrete it will over time wear it down. Just something to help protect the keel. All the weight is on the keel when you first hit land.
