I've never wanted to try something so badly. LOVE mediterranean food and especially lamb, and also love southern barbecue. This is an incredible fusion that I would love to taste.

Absolutely nice to see somebody given an international twist to Texan BBQ. Love the passion the pitmaster has and how he indeed make refreshing sides rather than the boring traditional sides by all the other joints. Well done habibi (y)
