I can play really good clean defense against anyone. I can guard dribble moves and bother shot attempts without doing anything that remotely LOOKS like a foul... But if somebody plays prison defense on me ima have to play prison defense back. And that would be a huge advantage for me cause “prison defense” is a lot easier than clean defense, and clean defense is what I’m already good at. I’m good at the harder version, so taking the easier route which is just fouling would make the game a lot easier for me.
