Somehow I think Kai did have feelings for Bonnie he just didn’t know how to express them in a positive way because he was so sadistic and power hungry

Kai just needed to have someone to believe in him, someone like Bonnie, and without like kind of support, he wasn't able to become a better person. I think his ending would have been completely different if he had Bonnie.

I don't like how people are blaming Bonnie. I mean sure she left him there but come on. Kai kept pestering her. He should have kept his distance and tried to show her how much he changed from afar. Like asking for forgiveness in letters. Or sending her her favorite flowers or something. He should have given her time and space to cope and grieve for herself. For her pain and suffering and slight mental break. Maybe she would have forgiven him. Maybe they would have even slowly began a relationship. First friends then something else. Whatever. Just wishful thinking. But this really is JP's fault. I read on tumblr that Kat, Chris, JP confirmed they were gonna have a romantic relationship after Kai had his arc. But yeah. Worst writer, executive producer, etc. ever. Show would have been amaze-balls. Brought in more views. Shame...

I would have killed for a spin off of Bonnie and Kai in the other world😭

Sometimes I feel only Bonnie can handle / tolerate Kai...... Sometimes my heart believe Kai admire her And kinda miss her ....... I really don't know why I feel it's just an amazing feeling I guess

kai just needed someone to love him someone to care for him instead of being portrayed as the “villain” he didn’t get his redemption like damon did 😔

It's amazing. i remember i was heartbroken when Damon killed Kai, because my ship died, but now Kai is back and Enzo is dead, so Bonkai still have hope.
