You're right, you can't please everyone. Your own ideas are sometimes quite the opposite of what you see or feel yourself. But it is also a good thing, because this is how we learn to deal with other people's views on life and how to deal with them.

Such a beautiful little friend. I have so many trees that I have not even tried to style yet. Even though I have been a beginner in this for about 20 years, I have no clue where to begin with most of my trees. Three of my trees in my collection, are Trident maples, two of which are about 10years+, and came from very reputable bonsai nurseries here in the states, but they are SO complicated in they way they are growing, ( one has a single root, but divides into three main trunks, the other is a single trunk, but was cut back very close to the trunk ) I have NO clue where to begin. I wish I could have the vision you have to see what is possible, to make the right decisions, and the knowledge to know what a particular species can do and respond to..its amazing.

Dear Mr. Chan, I am an avid watcher of all your You Tube videos and look forward to each and every one of them. I was wondering if at all possible, if you could make a video on grafted trees. The process, advantages and disadvantages (if any). I am living on the eastern coast of the US in New Jersey, and I have many different cultivars of palmatums. They’re my favorite also. Thank you so much.
