Learning about the new testament is finally making me understand where many of our Western traditions originate from and why they exist. It's a shame people have forgotten and we aren't really taught this. I was always proudly non religious but the older I become (27 now) the more I realize secularism is just not the way.

Anyone currently going through Ephesians? 💛I like to start with one chapter and really dissect it. I watch this video for chapter 1 before I read chapter 1. After I read it for myself I come and watch chapter 1s part again. I repeat the next day with chapter 2. I really helps me look at the smaller pictures within each chapter. I love these videos!! Thank you for helping me study the bible in a different way.

@The Bible Project Thank you. I cannot put into words what a blessing these videos are. I am currently reading Paul's epistles, but I've been struggling. I have a learning disability that, in a nut shell, affects my comprehension skills. I can better understand through pictures and images. Otherwise, It's like trying to piece together a 1000 piece puzzle without having the box to show you what the final image is supposed to look like. I get so lost in Paul's long sentences and lengthy thoughts. But this video helped me immensely. This video is like the image on the front of the puzzle box- I've finally got the "big picture" and I can see how each piece falls into place and connects to the rest of the pieces. So thank you. Thank you for putting this book of the Bible into terms that I can understand for the very first time! I am truly grateful! I can't wait to watch the rest of the videos!!
