He has the experience of playing professional football-at a high level, so he has a different perspective and understanding of the behind the scenes part of football that we are not prevued to as fans. See but there is. Once in rhythm last season our offense became solid and we actually put up points(before you say it) the competitions faced was still better rosters then where we are at currently. So we actually saw good drives solid drives he led a brutal dolphins team to the playoffs and with his starting qb actually playing he has a winning record. To say you know exactly who he is as a coach right now is just being an asshole

@@nyrangers9440 Boomer wanted to run a marathon scheduled to go through part of NYC that was under water a day or 2 after hurricane Sandy bc of some sponsor that was paying him. There were literally dead bodies floating in the streets and he said "we need to pick ourselves up by the bootstraps and move on". Then he said something like and I'm paraphrasing: those who died would be proud to see the race continue as usual. We didn't even know who was dead yet. Emergency workers hadn't even gotten to every house to check who survived. There was no possible way (physically or ethically) to run that marathon and he pushed for it anyway. Even Mike Francessa couldn't handle his bullshit and went on air and yelled at him. Eventually the marathon was canceled. I was sitting in my house without power in 40 degree weather for weeks while running out of food at the time. I live right near the beach at sea level. 8 people died in the immediate area in my town. We didn't get the power back on until December. It's safe to say I hate Boomer too lol...

Not really. At this point, people just hate on Adam Gase just cause everyone else does it. It’s trendy to trash on him. Adam Gase really is not that bad. He made the playoffs with the Dolphins and Gase went 7-9 last year with the jets. 5-2 in the second half of the season. You’ve gotta five head coaches time. I don't know if he's getting paid by the organization, but he enjoys some very privileged access with the team. In effect, he's become the unofficial mouthpiece for the NY Jets. You heard this a lot with Francesa and how he covered certain teams. It's even more flagrant and apparent with Boomer and the Jets. Basically, when Boomer gives an "opinion" about the Jets, it's what the organization wants you to hear, not an honest assessment from a supposed independent voice.
