Do you know a plugin that would autoarrange those models to fit a given volume(ex. print volume)? Prusa and other 3d slicer can do it but I want to know if blender can do it.

I have been using Blender for a while now and never knew this! Thanks for sharing. Do you know if the exported files keep the world location from the original, or will each exported object be centered in their new FBX? I have used add-ons in the past to do this and none of them were able to do the latter.

Hmm... not sure actually. I think they may keep an element of their original location but I'm not 100%sure

I haven't heard of anything. It's not really what Blender is made for as that's more for slicer software.

I think in earlier versions, you also had to take off the .stl or it winds up in the middle of the file name. I might be misremembering.

Can you use this for groups of unmerged objects somehow? Maybe by putting each group into its own collection and batch exporting collections?
