This panel will provide insights into how the CEO, management team and board allocate capital to drive value creation and growth in ETA-acquired businesses. Sources of funds on these investments can come from operating cash flow, debt and equity financing decisions, and incremental improvements to working capital, and commonly include matters such as how and when to add headcount, expand operations, bolster sales and marketing, make additional acquisitions and/or invest in capital projects. The panelists will discuss the strategic thought around how these decisions are made as well as who has input and when.
