Clones don't have to look the same. Take me for example, I'm a "perfect" clone of the legendary Big Boss yet I also very clearly have paler skin, more pronounced cheek bones, a thinner nose, and less sunken in eyes (well... eye, anyway...). I did manage to perfectly inherent dad's massive forehead, which is nice. I also sound nothing like him, strangely enough, though that's probably because I don't chain smoke "medicinal" cigars all day. In all seriousness differences in womb conditions, nutrition, and general environmental factors can have dramatic effects on the appearance of cloned organisms and can make them look wildly different from the thing they're cloned from even if they're genetically identical.
