In this video, we begin a new series where we will farm every legendary in Borderlands 2, starting with the very first gun available and working our way all the way through the game.
I am using my farming Zer0 that was built up from level 1 all the way to OP 8 as a part of my Fresh Start and Journey to 100% series.
In this video, we are able to find the Legendary Dahl Hornet and Torgue Kerblaster. I then begin to look for the Bonus Package and Thunderball Fist.
I am currently specced out for a Sniper play style, but throughout the series I will spec into a Melee build when appropriate.

Shame there isn't a mod (or maybe I missed it) that highlights legendaries or adds a sound effect. I always hated that legendaries are so difficult to see immediately. Diablo does this best with a mark on the radar, a sound, and a God ray. Knuckledragger could be even quicker if you didn't have to look through snow at yellow and white items.

Your commenting is really good. All the explaining why you do what you do and all this makes it kinda professionell. Its relaxing watching and doing runs on bosses, since I'm trying to farm all legendars too. I love how people still produce videos or even video series about the game, even tho its that old already. I've started really playing it just about two weeks ago. Before I never did this endgame farming and I've never played beyond level 50. Now I have a OP3 gunzerker which I'm trying to max out. Its awesome how a good build can change the game from pretty challenging and frustrating to pretty easy and chilled.

Borderlands is one of those game series that you just become obsessed with. I wasn't too keen on The Pre Sequel, but I loved the first, and even BL3, but I do think my favourite is BL2. I mean, what other game could you play through umpteen times and still not get bored. I lost all my saves from my Ps3, but I started again and forgot how difficult it can be at higher levels. I was running Sal, but I think Maya is my favourite. I'm going to do Zero too though. There are a few really good Borderlands content creators, I like VinylicPumas countdowns, but yours are brilliant. I think you're awesome. I could watch you all day!

It's interesting how this first area is an absolutely terrific farming area for axton. Now, the kerblaster and bonus package tend to be outclassed by the ogre and fastball, but they are far from bad. Plus the hornet is arguably one of his best corrosive options, and the thunderball fists can be a potent, albeit somewhat novelty item.

Every time I want to farm for a Hornet, I stop after 10 tries. Every time I start a new character from lv1, I always get Hornet from Knuckle Dragger.

The fact that someone could ‘theoretically’, run through this game for the first time ever & get a legendary from every suitable loot source at the 1st time of killing said enemy is utterly ridiculous! whereas on the other hand you could invest 1000+ hours and get less than 20 legitimate legendary drops the RNG in this game is insane! 😂 i have 6 Diamond Weisenheimers (1 perfect parts) all from Butt Stallion & only 2 Cobras (neither perfect parts but both prefixed Skookum) yet I’ve NEVER dropped a 94% Sham from bunker... NEVER.

I have been playing BL2 intermittently since 2012 and I have never gained a Norfleet as I have never spawned Vermivorous; and Hyperius just will not drop it. Never had an Inflammable Bee Shield too.

MotherFlange Norfleet is also right up there! Hyperius is the safer bet but he’s an annoying enemy as it is, especially if you’re using Zer0.

Yo MOLMF you should hit that red chest under BoomBewm’s elevator, after you kill them raise it back up and there’s a hidden room to the right. I had good luck with that chest at OP8, it dropped a Quasar, Butcher and legendary mods. Anyways I’m stoked about this new series, keep it up fämdängö YTB

Drop rates being raised is nice. I first started playing on 360 and my God. I'd spend 3-4 hours on some farms easily. I remember I farmed warrior over 100 times and not a single conference call at one point. Was so mad I almost broke the game

I figured out that if you kill Knuckle Dragger at the entrance of the Hyperion barge where you spawn at, all of his loot would fly toward the inner wall of the barge. This is where you can pick up everything bunched up in the corner while also clearly seeing if a hornet drops or doesn't drop.

Watching this while farming for double harold. I'm glad I see someone with the same bad luck as me because I farmed for 1h20 and don't got the damn gun. That's insane... I wanted so much a episode 2 to see if you would get one before me but nope, rip my friend, sad you had to stop at one but I would do the same. Having bad luck is the worst thing in life. I feel you.

Did you notice that Savage Lee can spawn right behind the fast travel fighting those bastards? So i've killed him and then drived to the usual spot and he was there also and droped the DP. When you spawn at fast travel and go to the vehicle station, you'll notice if there are enemies detected on mini map and that means he's there.

The best feeling in the world. When you have been farming for something for and hour but this time you got a feelin, and it drops. Hey man. Keep them videos as long as you want. I set my phone up and bluetooth speaker next to the tele and just let the Borderlands videos roll. And yes. I'm playing Borderlands in 2022. 1 and 2. Tiny Tina may be next years adventures

I remember when I first was going to enter The Vault Of The Warrior, I checked the red chest outside the entrance and remember getting the Thunder Ball Fists right from it. Such a happy moment!

Just started over on TVHM after beating normal. Using your guide to farm legends from start. Flint dropped Flynts Tinderbox and Punctilious Thunderball Fists on my first try. Glad he did because I wasn’t about to run this farm lol.

There's a way to fix inventory glitching on you when you increase it to absurd amount. Start comparing any equipped item, like your shield, then back out from the comparison and now you can scroll down on your whole inventory like normal. Sorry for bad English :)

The route to Sparky Flint is almost a straight line with few enemies: with a Sniper com that empties the Fabled Tortoise is not bad at all.

the skullmasher can be farmed from Son of Mothrakk in the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve (could be a patch thing idk)

Looking forward to this series. There is a mod (might be part of a collection of them actually) that changes money to a bluish green, so it doesn't look so much like legendaries. Might be helpful to look into, cause I know my eyes get strained when farming in certain areas in particular, like windshear waste. Good luck, godspeed
