it's amazing that even after all these years you still find something fun to do with BL2. You truly are the epitome of "gaming for fun"

Can't wait for bl4 when they have joltz as a vendor with dialogue such as "aww....one shot!" when you buy a gun with low ammo, "oo matching grip", and "please no gub" when you randomly open the shop interface.

Got to say, glad that Joltz is back and doing runs he seems to actually enjoy.

Hey jolt! Have you ever thought about an allegiance randomizer run? Basically, for each gear slot, you roll a randomizer to see what allegiance alliance you’ll get for it. Example: bandit gun, malliwan shield, torge grenades, etc. Seems like an interesting challenge and if any can do it it would be you

i like the evolutions of exp farming in these runs it went from farming bewm to farming rabids in the span of 3 playthroughs

psyched to see another one of these runs! pistol Zer0 is one that I did casually myself, it's a great synergy and I can't wait to see how you route this one out

Heyy Joltz and fellow vault hunters, very recently a friend and I by accident found a way neither of us ever heard of to moonshot-farm the warrior, but without having to read only farm. so you do the actual moonshotfarm, but get to keep the drops AND xp from every run, without having to stash drops. both of us are playing on ps4, and knowing the farming/crosssaving loading times this has been an absolute gamechanger for us🎉 So, to do this, you call your moonshot, then quickly(!) look for your drop and do a normal savequit. you have about 6-8 seconds after the moonshot-impact, to take your legendary and savequit. when that purple shiny "glow" after moonshotting begins fading away, it's time to savequit. If you do it right (and ofc. if it works on pc as well), you just reload the game, and moonshot again..and again😁 *Edit: I suggest updating a safefile every few runs, to have a backup for if you fail the timing or something. If that's an already known fact I'll be lowkey embarrassed, but hey I thought it could be interesting to some people. Also, english isn't my first language, pls. excuse typos I might have made. I only recently got into bl2, been enjoying these challenge runs as a way to not only learn more about the game but also get a grasp for whats "fun". Funny enough im currently using a pistol build in UVHM using the rough rider and fearless to just spit an unholy amount of damage. Can't wait to see what wacky combos you come up with that I'll probably end up using.

Pistols only! lets go! one of my favorite types of runs across the entire BL series. Mordimom was my first, and well lets just say repeaters with ammo that regenerated as fast as you spent it was a glorious time.

I remembered a funny thing when you mentioned that they patched the infinity drop, when I was playing bl2 for the first time I remember farming an entire evening for it and not getting it because I had a physical copy of the game and since I had bad internet connection I never updated it, at the time I thought that it was bugged but now after years I got confirmation, lol thanks!

Okay, my excitement for this playthrough went through the roof when you said "no fastball for normal mode". I've been getting a bit bored with BL2 playthroughs because it always had the meta stuff. Fastball, Slagga, the like. Going to be fun!

my head cannon is that Zer0 is an eridian robot designed to look as human as possible by aliens hence the crazy height, lanky appearance, and 4 fingers; all of his targets are just people who intend to misuse the vaults’ power or they pay a good price, after all these are the borderlands. basically something to that effect.
