I’m not a coffee drinker (allergy!) so I’m just here for the algorithm. It does remind me of an idiot I used to work with 7 or 8 years ago. She thought she was being so healthy by not eating fat and filling up in things like rice cakes and refused to learn that fat and protein were good and sugar was the biggest threat. She came in one day all excited because she had discovered the Starbucks drinks - “Look! They’re low fat!!!” I pointed out to her that there were 50+ grams of sugar in each bottle. She just shrugged and said she was fine with that because LOW-FAT! So I asked her if she would ever sit down and eat 13 spoonfuls of sugar, because that’s exactly what she was doing every time she downed one of those! I was most definitely not her favorite person! LOL

I make my own coffee and use Prymal coffee creamer. The young lady who owns the company made the creamers for her grandfather who is diabetic! Great flavors and really tasty! They are powder form so I mix them with an almond /coconut milk 0 carb creamer. Literally a life saver 🙌!

I personally recommend Blue Bottle's Cafe Organic Cafe Au Lait from Whole Foods. It's just cold-brewed organic coffee with organic milk :)

What about mold in the coffees? I love Bulletproof coffee. Dave Asprey is big on having coffee with no mold in it.

Cold brew is super easy to make at home. I just brew it overnight in an immersion pitcher. Then pour a shot, add some oat milk or almond or whatever, and no sweeteners. It's also great with club soda and lime for a spritzer. I only buy canned cold brew if I'm traveling or hiking or something like that.

The more I watch and learn about how terrible sugar is for us, the more I crave it! I have the thought, “I really need to cut out sugar” and then find myself dragging ass from the sugar drop and over consuming. I feel sick n’ exhausted without and then sick n’ gross when I have it. Hello. Can you do a segment on consumer teas and probiotic drinks? I have the autoimmunity disorder fibromyalgia so I'm always looking for good anti-inflammatory teas as well as probiotic drinks with no artificial chemicals and very few grams of sugar. Live soda use to be my fave probiotic drink but the manufacturer no longer makes this product. So I'm on the search again.

A good brand not shown here is Stok, the mochas contain actual cocoa, only have 14g of added sugar per 14oz bottle and it tastes like a Frappaccino, just far less sweet. It's not perfectly ideal but is a better choice.

You should have a look at Rowdy Energy Drink. Surprisingly great ingredients and not a crazy amount of caffeine.

I’ve always opted for no sugar in my coffee because majority of the time the coffee ends up tasting more like sugar and less like coffee. Sugar overload makes me nauseous and makes my tummy queasy. Dunkin Donuts is the master of overly sweet drinks .

I find coffee usually smells better than it tastes, definitely not interested in bottled or canned coffee. Besides coffee gives me the Jitters too.
