The only transfer company worth a damn are 5.0 rated with HUNDREDS of reviews and hopefully a KZfaq channel & a sole owner that supervises the transfers and fixes the problems that WILL happen and a laundry list of other admin and customer service areas that need to be top notch. People carelessly send off the only copy of the box of memories they’d run back into a burning house to save yet carelessly hand over to trash companies because they have cheap pricing and a frilly box.

Used to be, a solid, honest business was more common and customer satisfaction was the primary goal. Now, it's a unicorn. Keep up the great work Phil!

I have a vhs 📼 from 20 years ago , i bought a JVC camera 800x to see the video but it only shows me a white screen and I can only hear the audio

Hmmm, could be number of things, possibly a bad player, but hard to tell. Might try cleaning the video heads or trying in another player or two.
