Loved this. It helps during my panic attacks or to prevent them when i feel one coming on. My psychiatrist says my fight or flight response is to blame for mine due to my PTSD. And this helps with the medicine she prescribed morning and night. And helps me establish normal breathing from fast paced uneven breathing due to a panic attack

Regarding the video, do the exercise as long as you feel is necessary, you can also change the speed in the KZfaq settings.
