Lets go lets go. Its your second workout in your boxing for weightless playlist.
Todays workout were doing a 20 minute heavy bag workout boxing and flow combinations.
You’ll build easy to follow combinations then push through a tough 30 second finisher to finish the round strong
The 20 minute heavy bag workout, speed and power punches is like a 5k race pace. You work at a constant speed to finish strong near the finish of each round. You’ll have the opportunity to win with the sound of fitness. Guess the sound an I will give the first 3 people 30 days free of my premium content.
I explain each combo before each round so you start out ready and you have option to add core between rounds.

Hand wraps coming off is the sound……it takes me a little longer to respond because of my being 70 years old…but still hanging in there with you Nate….always will….you are the best

I have your premium series. what series do I select for sessions like this? i have done the 40 min Elevated Sessions on the premium. I prefer Heavy bag, not shadow box. My goal is to continue to shred and chisel. I went from 185 to 165 in half a year. Last note, your sessions are the best. 1 year new to Boxing as a workout and have exceeded my physical conditioning beyond what I did with 25 years in military. I can make it through the 40 minutes now. I plan on buying a 190lb aqua bag next. Thanks!!!

sound can be glove or hand bandage scratch, light sound after scraatch sound lighter than gloves. so maybe me hand bandage velcro

Bro I love your videos in general, but this one is a bit unsuitable for training tbh. Theres too much changes and things going on, once you get the current exercise properly its like ten seconds and then sth new. Especially if you are working with the bag and have your video nearby with loudspeakers (headphones are not really suitable for boxing workouts), you miss the changes and stuff. I was stressed out to follow your instructions for the entire time and didnt really get much sweat going

In my opinion this one is perfect if you have a heavy bag in your garage and a tv or whatever. It’s a great workout and he takes time to demonstrate before each set and exercise! Got a dang good workout for being 20 mins.
