It’s so funny! That’s what I do. I clean houses and it is perfect for me. I have ten clients now and started to do gardening as well. On the journey! It’s a journey!

i can't tell you how much i needed this you literally saved me from getting so confused while i was diagnosed a month ago cuz my family kinda withdrew and i feel so alone right now and i don't have that support right now but you were that for me so thank you so much

I'm thankful my BPD is in remission/not presenting but resources like this help me keep it that way! I work in recovery housing (currently the mentor for a men's addiction recovery house) and it's been an experience so far! I've also seen so many men come through with so much similarity to my own past struggles who will likely not be diagnosed BPD since 'substance use disorder' seems to be a catch all and stopping point. So glad I found this cannel and can't wait to hear more!

So interesting and encouraging as it's such a stigmatised disorder. I have BPD and am 24 but unfortunately mine is still very problematic and I'm still not in recovery but am currently doing DBT group therapy and I have hope that one day I can improve and live without it impacting my life so much.

This is so helpful to me. Ty! I recently started working again but I’m not doing well mentally bc of it. It’s made me feel very defeated. But now I’m realizing that I need to do something that’s less pressure.

So happy to see your videos.. please tell me how can I person with bpd respond to a genocide that is happening in Gaza...as with people Who have bpd have a lot of empathy .

My suggestion would be to stay away from the news, especially b/c they know that bad news sells, so they are bound to get you in a bad mindset. That being said the UN just came out and reduced the amount of deaths in Gaza by half - it seems that Hamas was exaggerating the number - and most of the deaths were terrorists. Unfortunately when Hamas uses children and women as shields there will sadly always be collateral damage.
