I'm always impressed by the way Brad starts his solos. Always lyrical, always an idea that makes you want to hear more. Sometimes, like here, he only needs a few notes. What a musician!

Wonderful. Too often you hear solos that feel like they could be played over a hundred songs that share the same progression. But this superbly riffs on the singular DNA of the tune. And avoids overused blues tropes! Great find!

To be honest I am not always a fan of Brad when sometimes he sounds more like classical musician and his kind of „Alberti bass playing“ in the left hand. But here he is at best like his jazzy „Art of the trio“ recordings, for instance Blackbird, just wonderful sometimes behind the time and you instantly recognize it is him, the great Brad Mehldau

Always incredible transcribing. I could be wrong, but I don't hear an Ab in measure 27 on the 6th triplet in the RH. I hear an A natural which is just a pain F7. Who knows!! Either way you are incredible and generous to share. I've purchased many of your transcriptions and they are always so good.

I think it's correct - you get the lovely clash between the A natural in the left hand and the right hand Ab.

In bar 28 there are also some notes missing -- the chords are fuller than in the transcription.
