I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for...

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

That has got to be as close to paradise as you can be on Earth. No need for a vacation. Camping, hunting, fishing, gardening, orchard, summer house, 4 wheelin, Covered. 250 acres you could lob 50 off and lease out for hunting. Best part of this place IMO, you can't see another house or person from this place.

Thats a hay and grazing farm. When Kentucky was settled, there were 3 kinds of land: flat, hilly, mixed. Hilly was cheapest so you got alot more of it. Like this land. Bet that cabin is squared chestnut: huge, tall, rot resistant, beautiful woodgrain.

Thank you, I can see that from the lay of the land. Grazing animals would keep it healthy. And yes, let some of it stay “natural” but also hopefully work it. Sad thing is, most of our farm and grazing land is going to convert to private estate escapes for people with $ who have no background in farming whatsoever. Take good care and thank you for sharing your knowledge.

@@hlengiwemasondo2858 Haven't South African farmers been getting murdered in large numbers in the last few years? 🤕 From what I've heard they have to pretty much live in a cage around their homes and have a private security company on the clock 24/7 because the police wont even respond if people are trying to break into their homes. I've listened to government officials in South Africa saying the public needs to take back farm land from people, so there's obviously something going on there. Beautiful farm. I love the old well taken care of log cabins. I would live in the cabin, grow a big garden, build a high tunnel, plant a fruit orchard / food forest, graze South Pol cattle, sheep and meat birds on the land. Nice silvo pasture areas for summer grazing. Definitely would do some fishing in the ponds and creek, maybe build a dock and have a row boat on the big pond. Would convert, concrete, enclose 2 bays of the wooden parking building into a outdoor kitchen to process meat birds, venison and for process & canning fruit and vegetables to keep the heat and mess out of the house. Now, I need to win the lottery!

A great way to work in this type of environment is to become a professional groom for show horses. It’s a lot of work, though and often involves frequent traveling. But, it’s definitely a way to live somewhere like this. Most big show barns provide housing on premises (like a small cottage. Sometimes a large trailer) and then pay you a salary. You can easily make $700-$1000 a week with housing and free board included for one horse of your own. It does take a while to get to such a high level, but it’s a cool thought! If you work under a good, kind professional rider/team, it can be great.

Being born and raised here, I may be a little biased. But I think it's one of the most beautiful places on earth. The various vegetation and wildlife, and all the different types of water features, what more could one ask for. And when I hear people complain of over population, I have to wonder if they have ever left their city limits. So much wide spine of space, nearly every turn, there has to be room for everyone. Not to mention, plenty choice for crops and gardening. Feed the world. Well, at least the locals!lil don't know what country you are from, but if you ever get a chance, at least come for a stay. Check out the bluegrass horse farms, the caves, the river, and alltherest KY has hidden in plain sight. You will be happy you did

Amazingly stunning, I love ❤ it because I am introvert so I'm not socially active, but I adore nature and quietness so very dearly.

What a wonderful property... it'd be made perfect for me with a few additions. One, in the surrounding woods there has to be at least one family of Sasquatch, a scattering of Navajo skin-walkers and sundry wildlife, and two, at night while sitting on one of the hillocks Alien ships must regularly hover in full sight.

Beautiful, perfect for Hunting Outfitter Lodge. Just like pheasants forever. If I could afford it I would go for it right now. But I'm sure it's already sold as of this date.

Flash news: a spray, attached to a toilette, is not a bidet. A real bidet is a separate fixture that looks almost like a toilette without the tank and the toilette seat. In the area where the tank would be a faucet is installed instead. Also, contrary to American's common belief, a bidet was designed primarily to wash one's genital, not the butt (which is usually included in the wash just to complete the cleaning) and is NOT to be used in place of toilette paper, it's a fixture used for quick wash ups that allows a person to freshen up AFTER wiping with toilette paper or for women during their periods. I cannot even imagine the grossness of washing my rear in the bidet without thoroughly wiping first! A small curiosity: The bidet originated in France sometimes in the 17th century, a time when full body bathing was done once a week. It was invented to cleanse the 'private' areas of the body, in-between regularly scheduled baths. In 1750, the bidet à seringue appeared. It provided an upward spray through the use of a hand-pump fed by a reservoir. Its popularity eventually spread throughout Europe, especially Italy, but after sometime fell out of favor with most Europeans except Italians, in fact today, the only European country that uses bidets is Italy, all of the others keep their stinking privates all day long, in the summer heat,, Italians wash them more than once during the day which keeps people smelling and feeling fresh in between showers.

Thank you so much for this video. The possibilities are truly endless and, with a little cleaver manoeuvring it could pay for itself and then some. We are looking down the barrel of food shortages not only in America but worldwide and, it appears to have a plentiful supply of well water. This is an extraordinary opportunity to live the life and prosper. Personally I’d build a second or third home and add a market for the locals as well as the wholesale market. One of the hills overlooking the views is crying out for a few RVS as long as you can maintain the privacy of the main property. How exciting and what a great guy that is selling it. I think his footprint will last forever. I’m definitely interested in viewing Ken and Brad 😉💕💫

Hi Suzie, a dollar and a dream... Keep playing - we do from time to time. And we have more properties --- if you’re seriously looking for a property - and want to talk to a Local Expert - and a warm, caring human, let’s get you on a call with Brandi, our Client Liaison - she is a doll and all she wants to do is help. Brandi will ask you a few questions - how many acres, how much, how soon --- and the most important question... what does your ideal place look like? That’s the best way to get us to start sending your properties that match what YOU want. And we will email them to you - text or call Brandi at 859-428-7714 - you will love Brandi.
