Considering how unfinished some songs sound and of course just the fact Tell the Vision is a song that exists in the album, I fill like that Universal dropped the album without Kanye’s permission totally explains it, can’t wait till Kanye actually finishes the album and drops an update with the version he would’ve wanted to release

I think the incomplete songs can be explained by the fact the Kanye’s label apparently released the album without his permission.

It has got to be a mistake that they included the pop smoke only verse in the album, the actual complete song is not all that bad (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pZ2apsljtcu9cmw.html). Kanye said that universal released the album without his permission lol, it would be great if he releases a "patch/update" to the album just like he did with TLOP.

I could see the piano riff on “tell the vision” be used in a song where every other element is really scary, disturbing, and gross so you kinda want to return to that monotonous riff because the rest of the song is so disturbing. Kinda like National Anthem by Radiohead. Even though the piano riff is really bad, it would be more comforting than the rest of the song
