WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I have been doing this for years intuitively, especially with extreme stress and especially when I had a situation that caused me to go to the hospital. He warned me that I looked like a crazy person and that they would think I had some psychiatric issues and not take me seriously. I am a chiropractor and I know I had some exposure to this with acupressure or similar modality. Thank you. I can now show him I am not a crazy person.

​@@woodsyrocks I got 4 mRNA jabs and can only say my body has transformed completed...A regular to the gym, weight training and full of energy pre-jab, I now have insomnia, brain fog, post workout pains that refuse to go away, stiffness in joints, developed carpal tunnel, nerve go numb when I sleep at night, my ability to do mathematical calculations has dramatically reduced, my memory if often messed up, sit through meetings and not able to recollect 20% of what was discussed....i honestly dont know what my future looks like

A first I thought it looks weird, but I tried anyway, and OMG it feels good! Thank you so much! An extra good side effect is that, since I'm autistic and have lots of sensory issues, it also calmed me down because of sensory stimulation. I'll definitely do it more often!

Unfortunately, these kinds of practices work ONLY ONCE OR TWICE. There is an initial motivation and hope rises. It's all 95% placebo. I'm sorry. If this REALLY worked, people would practice this everywhere.

I was suffering with headache for 2 consecutive days now and while I was browsing for headache relief music I accidentally saw your video. I was amazed by the positive effect. This is great and I love tapping. Two things to add to the effect : 1. squeeze your finger nails firmly on all fingers (or toes) as in reflexology these link to your brain 2. Circle your eyes every way as eye muscle tension flows directly through to the brain and stick your tongue out as far as possible a few times

This was the most amazing practice I went through...you were correct, tears felt out of my eyes, I also yawned..sometimes we stuff so much garbage in our head which needs to be clean off daily like we clean our house..this practice is just like that,,thanks for spreadig so much of positivity and thanks for healing me...Love❤ Ahhh..I feel so light right now! and happy too! 🥰

No pains. No yawns. No tears. I paused the video and tapped around my eyes after the temple tapping. I hardly get any headaches, but did this tapping for something else. I believe it's a good practice. Will remember to do every day. Thank you very much! Liked, saved, and subscribed. Blessings!

i did this on my mom for about 30 minutes and her migraine, slowed to the point of relaxation, we incorporated other breathing techniques and i held space for her to vent about what was going through her mind, shared with her insight on less tense ways she could go about perceiving her "must do's" without applying self pressure. she ended up smiling and yawning telling me she was relaxed and felt ready to nap with comfort, thank you for sharing your medicine wit us!

Wow! Thank you for your lovely demonstration. I am a mental health therapist and found this page while trying to find something to help clear up my headache. I am a believer in energy - we are all every and we hold energy. This short routine allows for a shift in that energy which gives space to healing. I needed this so much! Thank you for teaching us such an incredible technique. After weeks of persistent migraine, I repeated this sequence three times in a row and felt ENORMOUS amounts of heat flush my face, neck and even shoulders. 😲I'll do more once my arms rest for a bit 😅Thank you 🙏♥
