Great work and good newbie technique section on sprue nub removal. As I learn best by watching repetitively, the more times I see a basic technique, used in different contexts or on different models, the better modeller I will become (I hope). Thanks.

Really enjoying this build and I'm delighted to see Airfix have produced a kit of such quality. Nice tip about black edging transparencies, that's another day in the classroom. Woof to Jess of course 🙂

I`ve noticed in a few videos you actually make your own parts. I`m considering getting a 3D printer. Have you considered doing a tutorial on that, what programme you use etc , etc and how to go about it.

Just curious, how do you rank Tamiya acrylic vs lacquer vs enamel paints?

Tamiya acrylic is awesome for spraying, as is the LP range. Enamel is great for spraying and brush painting.

@@NigelsModellingBench 🤣 might actually do that in fairness, I just prefer helicopters in 1/35 over 1/48 I’m not getting any younger most work done under a magnifying lens these days lol, appreciate the reply mate keep up the in depth videos, loved following your spitfire build thanks to you mine turned out pretty well 👍

Don’t worry about your nails. I cut mine about as short as you bite yours. You couldn’t tell much of a difference. Besides, there are modellers out there making videos with kinky looking gloves on all of the time. No bueno.
