I've always loved this song. Back when it came out roller skates were affixed to your shoes using a key to tighten the clamp. Melanie is a great singer check out her song "Look what they've done to my song."

This video makes me happy especially after you watch the original one. Those "tender" feelings at such a young age can be pretty devastating!! I love to watch these girls skate. It also empowering to young women as a culture. You have to feel pretty good about yourself when you have the confidence to do that!!! You go girls!!!🙂🙃😉👍👏

Classic early 70's song about reaching puberty and raging hormones... "I'm okay alone but you got something I need" and "I ride my bike, I roller skate, don't drive no car ...Don't go too fast but I go pretty far"... I was 12 years old when this song came out...and that's the way I heard the lyrics...

Excellent song 4 this video!! I remember when this song first came out & I was just a kid. Later, in my early teens during the early 80's I lived at the skating rink & we were responsible 4 the freestyle skating!! Good times!! You girls are KILLING it!! 😊😊😊❤❤❤❤

😮😮😮 The video cuts exist for one reason: to keep the fit & pretty ones in focus. If you show the fat ones too much then it ruins the sex appeal of the entire video.
