I misspoke about Duality, it is summon from HAND or extra deck, not sure why I said deck or extra deck. I apologize for that lol but the point is that in Branded your only real summon targets for Duality are from the extra anyways

Crossout Designator was a very good option pre-Cartesia release. Once we got Cartesia I found Crossout very average at the best of times. Much prefer to play cards that let you keep playing like Nadir/BIHS/Cartesia rather than playing a 3 of a card (Crossout) that just says "No" to one interruption. When OP doesn't open Ash, Crossout is basically useless outside of being interesting in the mirror. Thats just my experience with it anyway, I think the deck still has potential to do different things & be decent even when BF eventually goes to 1 on f&l list Thanks for the good content man, good insights & solid list

An absolute amazing video! I’ve been switching the deck up so often and have been trying to keep it at 40 by not having Kitt or Sarc/Burial but they really help and with droll not really being in the format, I think Sarc and Burial don’t hurt as much but my locals in South Africa still love droll so that also made me cut them. I love crossout in the main! I must say that bumping Albaz to 3 has been something I have been wanting to do so dropping Aluber to 2 makes sense. Keep up the great work on the videos man. Your going places with great content like this

@@MikeyTR3_NZ I notice a greeting in Afrikaans or is it just me🤣 Johannesburg and Cape Town have a bigger player base than Durban but yeah, I think YGO in SA is a ton smaller than what you’d seen in the US or EU

Nadir sends Lulu add albaz , ep summon Cartesia. Their Mp summon sanctifier or Albion into jade banishing albaz and Lulu

Nadir mostly was fair argument till you insisted you have to play maximus. A card which is often aweful. I think nadir servent is best used to be a 1 card play into mirror jade on the opponents turn. Send lulu add albaz then ep summon cartesia opponents m1 cartesia effect summon albion effect banish albaz and lulu summon mirrorjade. I feel nadir helps play when you get stopped. It's also not a dead card as crossout can be especially if folks fall off hand traps. I also think thrust and fusion deployment can be a good option as well.

I tried it when I first picked up the deck, and to be honest I absolutely hated it😂 The worst thing in Branded is to draw too many normal summons at once and keeper adds to that problem a lot. His search effect + summon effect is ok but its just Aluber and Fusion Deployment but way easier to disrupt. Aluber also has the option of being special summoned through Branded Opening while Keeper is always a normal summon and to use a normal summon + discard just to get impermed is really awful

yeah, since all roads lead to branded fusion, that means you can side it in and send it as material. it's some hidden jutsu tech

Imho Titaniklad is better at everything Lulu does, it summons Quem in End phase but can be sent by Mirrorjade too. Also it's good going second sometimes

Only thing Lulu has on Titaniklad is that it can also summon Cartesia on EP instead of Quem but we also have fusion deployment for that. I think outside of Nadir stuff Lulu is painfully mid

Really liked your theory crafting on the Branded card choices. If you are using Nadir and you feel that you fall short on recovery without using Dogmatika Maximus but think it's risky because your opponent can also send Extra Deck cards to the grave as well, why not go the other route and use Nadir to add Fallen of Albaz > send Sprind to grave off Nadir > End Phase SS Spriggan's Kit to field > Search Branded in High Spirits > Activate BIHS to send Albion to grave > Discard Albaz as cost > Set Branded in Red = on opponent's turn SS Mirrorjade as recovery. Basically in Galzo's video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/od5xnNF5zqrJqn0.html Or do you not think this is a good recovery usage for Nadir? I was thinking of trying both Crossout Designator x2 and Nadir x2 in the same deck build and then also utilize Triple Tactics Thrust for searching out Nadir if Branded Fusion was stopped and I needed to emergency search out a Nadir or TTT etc. It just gives me more lines of play I think? I believe there is also some new synchro build for Branded that also allows recovery via synchro combo if your Fusion combo line gets Ashed as well. Thoughts?

First of all, glad you enjoyed the vid. I have seen the high spirits line and I think it can be solid. I also think 2 crossout 2 nadir in main can work well and if you like it you absolutely should keep playing it. For me personally, nadir always just feels like I’m playing catchup, rather than going for/protecting plan A with crossout. Just a personal thing really. I have not tested synchro branded yet, and if you are playing thrust I’d recommend Fusion Duplication if you have not seen that yet. I dont play thrust because it is way too expensive for me right now, but I honestly like TT Talents better anyway This vid has been out for a while and the build I am currently running has these changes and I’ve been really enjoying it: Gold sarcophagus cut for a second quem (been enjoying 2 aluber 2 quem) Kitt and High spirits cut for 2 triple tactics talent Sprind cut for golden cloud beast malong (to send off Granguignol for bounce gy effect) Zeus and Alba Lenatus in side for certain matchups

@@YamiElut I've put Golden Cloud Beast into my Extra Deck as well to use with Duality on Bystials. I didn't even consider the possible use of it with Grangiugnol! That's genius! I'll give Fusion Duplication a try as it's another possible out if your Branded Fusion gets Ashed, it allows you to also try again during your opponent's turn as well. It's also searchable with Thrust so it's like having another Recovery card that isn't reliant on the Nadir Servant combo. I guess at this point, all we need to worry about is if they're going to nerf and hit Branded next banlist as hard as Japan did. If it does, then it might be best to move onto a Branded Chimera hybrid or Branded Synchro builds probably. Only time will tell.

true, but are people actually running that in the extra deck for branded duality builds? feels like extra deck space is already an issue with branded

@@YamiElut You're right. It's maybe not worth it. I was messing aroung. Tried to get the max out of Dualitiy. So I testet Duality + Nadir and a package of Alba Zoa, Dogmatikamatrix and a few Dogmatika Cards. It was funny, but not competitive enough. Still think Duality is great, but with the small space off extra deck, it's hard.

@@NingenBallZ fair enough, its always fun testing weird stuff even if it isnt “competitive”. I’ve been seeing some fun builds with Borreload Furious too and things like that. The unfortunate part of duality is the more you center your strategy around it the less options you have if you dont hard draw the card with it not being searchable. Still think its very fun, but I feel its so close to greatness just not quite where I want it to be

This was an additional option I was considering during Kashtira format. Steal Ariseheart with Talents, attack, make zeus to clear board, and Cartesia can fuse zeus and albaz for mirrojade without branded fusion
