Your title hit me right where I am with being a second year agent. My sphere is not generating listings- no one I know is selling or is going to sell their home. In my agency, the 25-35 year agents are listing houses they sold to those sellers years ago

Then cut their legs.. offer 1% list.. or flat fee to sell.. still you will lose a lot... if the 25 to 35 year agents won't budge on commission..you should to have a competitive advantage

I'm sorry but I'm a new agent and got ZERO business from my SOI but got lots of good buisness by leveraging buyers to get listings, and then utilizing listings to get buyers. I prospect for sellers by FSBO, letters to sellers, social media etc. and get leads on buyers from my listings. It's great.

I passed the Georgia Real Estate exam, bought Brandon’s course, just finished the videos, put my 2 week notice in at work, and I start on Monday. “The order was simple: Burn the boats.” The sad thing is I’m 24 and was an Army Ranger. After going through the course, I now think this will be the hardest thing I have ever accomplished. I haven’t felt the feeling of being overwhelmed in a long time. This is going to be an incredible journey. To anyone who doesn’t have Brandon’s reverse selling course. You’re wasting time. Go ahead and do your future self a favor.

Interesting so you said that those attorneys to ensure stuff doesn’t get screwed up actually choose or recommend the listing agents. That’s sweet. So be a top rep, know what you’re doing, you said you can get training on divorce info and then they’ll trust you. That’s awesome. Just be confident and be a connection for them, love it

On the 50/50 split, I must have the worst possible deal with my broker. I have 55/45- me being the 45. I could get buyer leads but pay 30% on top of that 55/45. There are no teams to join. I am on my own to do soup to nuts on everything. Should I be interviewing with other brokers? Dah?

@@BrandonMulrenin I am about to go live with my first listing and I was on the fence about switching companies due to my 50/50 split. They do provide contract to close assistance, but nothing else that you mentioned in this video. I have received a lot of training value, but I do need an exit strategy. There is no way that I can offer a referral fee to divorce attorneys/sales associates at assisted living facilities with a 50/50 and no cap offered! You’re my top podcast and have spoken with Colten(one of your coaches). As soon as I close this deal… I’ll be signing up! I can’t wait! Have a great weekend!

6:05 I hate doing to others what I hate having done to me. I get about 50 emails a day in my inbox, and 90% is junk I didn't ask to receive. At some point in the past, maybe I signed up for a service, or I got a free resource, or perhaps I bought something, and now those people or businesses send me a weekly email for the rest of my life. I can't stand all the junk mail in my inbox. And I have zero interest in being updated weekly on what that person is doing. This is the year 2024, I believe sending weekly emails to your database is like 2005 to 2010 era. Today, however, you're just spamming people with weekly emails they didn't ask to receive.
