BRAWLER MODE + FAMINE MODE + UN = INSANITY?! DOOM Eternal Attempt

I was doing well but then that stupid cueball at the end flew to the left for some reason instead of forward, and forgot to use saving throw! This attempt was too fun not to upload. Enjoy!
I'm using the UN updated rules for brawler mode from UnderTheMayo.

First I'm happy to see someone still playing brawler mode, 2nd the level of insanity has reached the roof with the UN playthrough, absolute slayer I just finished my campaign run on brawler mode nightmare, and this just made think why not do a couple of attempts UN, but surely not famine mode 😂

@@originalog6995 check out his yt channel, recently he just did a master level marathon with unbalanced randomizer on ultranightmare with no supers and also completed Kaiser campaign on ultranightmare, if you watch his gameplay you'll understand

There has to be a level above black belt cause you’ve got it, like holy crap and I was thinking of doing a famine run for the fun of it but I didn’t think it would be possible from a new game. How do you activate the mode in the command console cause now I really want to have a go.

It's a mod called perma famine mod, you have to get it from the discord.
