5th Circuit Judge Stuart Duncan was invited to speak at Stanford University. However, when it was his turn to speak, he was heckled by students. Then, when he asked for someone to calm them down, the staff member that stepped up proceeded to lecture him instead!

The sad thing is, a lot of these kids are really smart, but they've been totally ruined by indoctrination. Agreed. It's going to work itself out naturally. If you are a law firm and you hire people from this university, especially people from this crowd, your business and income WILL suffer, if not immediately then over time. Low quality output, but bc of W mistakes, oversteps, arrests (like we've seen in NY, FL), "breach if duty" type lawsuits against the lawyers themselves, etc... Like they can fake this for a while, but eventually it's on the funder to fully fund this bc there is not product, there is no output, there is no return.

@@wowza5758 And those workplaces are firing 7000 employees and cutting 5.5 billion dollars across the board. Where did I get these numbers? Disney. Disney who is currently losing 1 billion dollars and 2.4 million subs every 3 months and Disny+ is not profitable yet and now will never be bc it went W. It sank their entire streaming venture. This is reflecte across the board with all W companies. Even Vangrd (one of the 3 largest firms on the planet) has backed completely off W. The banks fell partially bc they were involved in venture capital for W projects and businesses that see no returns so when the gvt raised interest rates suddenly, no one had enough faith in these W projects to leave their money in and the banks fell. And those are people that KNOW how finance works way better than either of us will. People saw that and it rightfully scared them. It will take a while, and will probably still require opposition effort bc W has big funders, but it will fall. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. That's a good thing.

They think "equity" means the same thing as "equality". Well...normies do. That's why they use the word. That's why they use all the words they do. To hide their intentions. "Patriot Act", "Antifa", etc. All walks of life, media, and government do this to us every second of every day. These kids are trained to memorize, and repeat narratives. That is why media colludes on the SAME WORDS even when they report on their narratives. So no matter where you go, who you listen to, the seed will continuously be planted in their subconscious minds to build up that "memory" as the truth. Their brains ahve been trained this way. That's what we are up against. Trying to get people to understand that the language they hear is manipulating them to think in certain ways. Not through merit, or thought, but through repetition.

Nick, I'm 53 and just graduated law school - UMass Law at Dartmouth. My 1L year was 2020 (yea ... that was fun). My school is not that woke, but I did see the level of indoctrination coming out of the colleges in my classmates. I'm a former infantryman, had just retired from the military, was coming from Alaska, and you can guess how they viewed me. I'm rather libertarian - you do you, and stay off my lawn, lol - and in my 3 years there I had 5 attempts to get me kicked out by claims of me making racist or sexist comments (they were never anything I actually SAID, but how it made people FEEL). Again, my school was in Massachusetts and is not particularly "woke" - but it was definitely left. An example: I was there when the Kyle Rittenhouse incident went down. You can probably guess my views on that case - views I developed because I was pulling down every video I could find on the incident. I was one of the few who would express a contrary view to the accepted narrative that CNN et al were putting out. Stanford is a nuthouse - but most law schools are far left and these kids are scary in their views of "ends justifies the means" groupthink.

I went to a relatively laid back law school, graduated in 2016. I saw the evolution from principled resistance or advocacy to an ends justify the means subversive war on traditional American values. Of course, this wasn’t everyone. But the loudest and most disruptive militants embraced various levels of philosophical total war to further their ends, a precursor to actual violence. I think that the radical professors were given more and more rope by radical administrators to create little advocate extremists with no real oversight by traditional educators who care about liberal values.

This type of behavior shouldn't be tolerated by any school, much less a law school and there should be penalties for the students who participated. If Stanford has any respect for their reputation and/or the law, they will punish the students so that every other student and future student, knows their law program will not tolerate such disrespectful behavior. Women always defer to the herd. In her mind, the students are the herd that she sees as most powerful, so she defers to them. The answer is to show them a more powerful herd and, not only fire her, but blacklist her from academic and legal employ of any kind.

All those students that followed her out clicking think she's onto something. She's just leading them to become failures as lawyers unable to think critically.

In re the "what you do in response" question, you need in a sentence to say something calm and witty that completely demolishes her (he's had like 5 minutes to think of something), point out that as law students if they try to pull that in court in front of you they're going to find themselves held in contempt, and then leave and collect your fee.

When you are at any law school and any judge at any level comes to speak, you show them respect. I don't care if that law school is Harvard or American Somoa, if the judge is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or just hears traffic tickets. If Law students lack respect for any judge, they don't deserve to be Barred

WAIT, I'm not in that echo chamber classroom,, so that is something I CAN DO! I CAN think for myself and I will! 🤣 😂 Thx for your thoughts on this and giving me something to look into other than a sad, heart-wrenching trial like currently, they all seem to be ❤🎉🎉

A month or two ago I saw a congressional hearing with judicial nominees for the Federal court system, and Joe Kennedy asked basic questions about two Articles of the Constitution... to which the nominee couldn't even tell him what either of them WERE. It blew my mind, and for like a day afterwards I asked myself how it was you could go through law school and time as a judge and not know what two big parts of the foundational document of all American law were... then I saw this video, and the stunning ignorance made total sense.
