@rose I think the EMTs/Paramedic told the police that he was not likely to make it. One of the investigators (possibly Gallagher) stated that he was told by a medic that Officer O’Keefe probably was not going to make it. There is no way OJO asked Chris Albert to watch his house. Chris's son Colin is an absolute punk. Chris Albert knows Officer O'Keefe can't speak to this, which makes him more disgusting.Think about the testimony from Michael Cammareno, Officer O'Keefe's actual friend .He speaks to how meticulous Officer O'Keefe was. Chris Albert is a disgrace and uses his family of cops to protect him, feed him information about this case .He also killed a foreign exchange student in a hit and run ,only served 6 months .Officer Lank physically fought two men helping Chris A. . Lank bit one of those brothers,spit in the others face while handcuffed, claims self defense but no chargers of assault on an officer ? The brothers sued the town of Canton and won. Furthermore, it is my opinion that the jewelry is going to look at how inept this police department was in, reserving the scene, and collecting evidence That they will see this as reasonable doubt. I believe that most of us, could actually do a better job than these Keystone cops did. Being an attitude, and just plain ridiculousness, it all is alarming. If I were on the jury, and had to vote at this stage of the game, I would definitely vote for an quiddle. @@jackiek412 ya there is clearly a bias. Unfortunately I did realize something that is really going to hurt the defense- Karen’s car has a safety feature called PKSB that immediately stops it from making contact when backing up… unless the driver manually turns it off after starting the engine each time. And since it’s clear her car made contact with John’s at 5am - that means she manually turned it off as she backed out. In other words she hit his car intentionally. 😢
@raemalone5684
@raemalone5684 Ай бұрын
@shaunnal2560 it doesn't stop the car from making contact when backing up, it just automatically applies the breaks when it senses there might be a collision. Not a perfect system and is designed to lessen damage and in some cases prevent collisions, it just depends on how fast you're going or a variety of other factors. Also, you're supposed to turn the system off to take your car through a car wash, so she could have disabled the system a while ago and then forgot to turn it back on. It's definitely going to be an interesting point in trial and I'm interested in how they're going to argue it, but the existence of the PKSB on her car on its own doesn't prove that she his car intentionally

Chris Albert testified that he knew his wife was starting her night at CF McCarthys, but I’m almost positive Julie Albert stated that their plan was to start at waterfall, and that’s where they went. Julie Albert wasn’t at CF McCarthys? Chris sure doesn’t remember a lot of things that the defense asks him about that night, but him and his wife recite what John Okeefe was wearing, verbatim starting with “a hat, blue jeans, and a top with a hood”. Weird how he remembers such minute details. They were coached, that’s obvious. And it’s also annoying that judge cannone has ended the day, or stopped for lunch ONLY during cross by the defense, and today ended 28 min early (on a already half day) just as Yanetti was grilling Julie Albert about her communication with. Courtney Proctor. That’s just weird, it’s like the judge isn’t even trying to hide her bias.

Strangest thing, tho…the Library’s footage on 1/29/22, from exactly 12:37am-12:39am, is somehow missing. Why? Oh, I dunno…maybe it’s because the footage would show that Karen Read’s tail light was not broken. It would prove she never hit John O’Keefe with her car. And who would have access to that footage? True if JO'K didn't mind people going on his lawn or throwing stuff on his lawn why put up a fence? I don't think he thought it was a joking matter. Does KR know how he felt about it all? The lawn thing is important in my opinion. Based on the fact the witness so staunchly denied an obvious fact, and the extreme shift in his behavior testifying did hit for me. Also, JO then put up a fence after these events occurred. And his explanation was so lightning fast with such extreme detail that it made it seem even less credible. I just think that this line of questioning was highlighting the antagonistic relationship between the Alberts and John O’Keefe- which the defense mentioned in their opening. I believe they are just starting to plant the seeds of that antagonist relationship. The excessive details and his ability to recount every detail from who called who, etc., the fact JO put up a fence afterwards, and the change in the way he answered questions (basically answering before the question was even finished) was all suspicious to me.
@francesca6301
@francesca6301 Ай бұрын
Except that when Chris texted John about the lawn in a joking way and told him to get to the bar, John went to bar. If they weren't friends, why would John accept the invitation? Perhaps John had an antagonist relationship with other members of the Albert family, but he sure didn't seem to dislike Chris and Julie Albert. Chris Albert's explanation of the get off my lawn joke, and the origin of the joke made sense to me, mainly because I understand their quirky sense of humor. I'm not on any side at all, still not sure if Karen did it. The so called "road rash" looks more like dog bites and scratches to me, so I have questions. The prosecution definitely hasn't proven anything to me. I'm still waiting to hear all the evidence from both sides before I make up my mind. Remember, 2 things can be true: Chris and Julie could have really loved John, but they might also be covering for their son who hurt John in a fit of rage that night. Or it could also be true that Karen did do it, probably by accident, and the defense is taking advantage of a really crappy investigation to create a very compelling defense for their client. Like I said, for now I'm keeping an open mind because neither side has really proven anything yet.

NOT saying it’s THE MOTIVE for the murder of John O’Keefe, but we’re talking about a KID, who probably has a hot head, thinks he’s entitled, because of his family and their connections, and obviously disliked O’Keefe. it’s brought up the possibility that this could’ve started as something small and trivial, turned into something a little bit bigger. Maybe there was an accident. Maybe some fists flew, because people were drinking. Nothing good ever comes from drinking too much, & maybe the dog got aggressive, and maybe something very simple took a terribly bad turn. It’s all a VERY BIG maybe, but it definitely plants that seed. It’s an absolute possibility. Absolute possibility creates reasonable doubt. I can see this story and the nicknames etc etc, happening in real life, so, I can also see it starting out as an innocent few words exchanged, that turns bad, and quickly.

@@RationalNon-conformist facts. My parents built their home themselves (my dad was a skilled carpenter when that used to be a thing). It cost them about $30k in the early ‘80s. In 2018 I think they sold the home and property for well over $250k. Insane I know. But it was on 6 acres with a shop he built later and a stocked pond. So yeah. A big house/property doesn’t mean much if it was bought in the distant past… where people could afford a home.

Alcohol tolerance on medications like orchavist (sic) tends to look magnified, which I recognize might seem like a mark in favor of her being more intoxicated, but for me it pushes me in the other direction. She wasn’t having any jerking movements, stumbling or similar that I noticed during the clips we’ve seen so far, and I just don’t see how someone with a smaller body weight like she has, on any maintenance medication for MS, could present as that put together, even if they were a severe alcoholic.

He just posted another video doing the same thing to Caitlyn Albert's boyfriend a few days ago. It gets him views and makes him money to paint the Albert's as sus. Things were done incorrectly in this investigation, but I'm still not seeing evidence in the court of law to show a massive coverup. I'll believe it only if the defense case proves it to me, not because a guy on KZfaq making barrels full of $ tells me to. Clearly that's the angle they're planning to take, so we'll see if they can prove a conspiracy. One thing I will say, the marks on John's arm don't look like road rash. The biggest red flag to me is the officer never came outside to see what was going on with all the commotion in his front yard. Every cop I’ve ever met would be out there asking questions if they truly didn’t know what was going on. I mean I’m a civilian and if there were dozens of cops in my yard and ambulances and all the rest I’d be out there asking what the hell is going on.
