These are stellar. Didn’t have hash browns, or ham so I diced up some small potatoes and bacon and fried both and set aside. Also added some hot sauce to egg mix.

I can imagine they do. However, you can store the mixture in the refrigerator for day or so and make them again the next day. I did that myself.

Hi once again... Lol I rehydrated my own dehydrated shredded hash browns. Can you please tell me if you are measuring 20oz of your hash browns thawed or frozen ?
