We found a locked safe inside of this abandoned bank so you know we had to break into it and see if there was any money inside. We used a torch to break into this super heavy duty and secure abandoned bank safe and you won't believe what we found inside! The abandoned bank safe was full of money! This is by far the most money we have ever found in any abandoned safe! Jackpot!!!

You should get that money check if it was in a safe and in a lockbox the change in the bills might be worth money more than dollar face

Future tip. Use a grinder and cut around where the dial was. Usually you can cut out an area about 5inX5in. Once you pop that out you can release the lock without the risk of torching paper money inside. Also heard of people drilling a hole in the top and filling the safe with water before cutting it open with a torch.

Just a tip for ya ,before you start cutting into your safe ,drill a hole init and fill it with water ,,,you can always dry the money . .👍

I think it would be extremely interesting to see how it would play out if you found a substantial amount of money or gold. I am a full time cache hunter and depending on the state the laws based on finding the stuff I find is different from place to place. Due to your locations being commercial in nature and the type of business you run I do believe 100% your in your legal right to take what you find. That said if it was 500k in gold there would be a line trying to get at it and if in a bank it gets even crazier. I enjoy your stuff. Great content.

@@Witnessmoo great question. A lot do though. Just based on the hundreds of newspaper articles i have about old cache sites being found. I sometimes get a wise comment about treasure hunting being childish etc…. I usually send them an article outlining the billion dollar industry treasure salvage is. Then you get well that’s water. Land is different. Which is true in that it’s easier to find compared to stuff thousands of feet under water. But if the real number of unrecovered wealth still lost underground was really known we would have a lot more serious setups to find it. I also realized no one believes you anyway so you gain nothing by telling.

That is a sweet score! Im actually a little worried there may have been bills in the safe, out of the boxes, and disentegrated. So, My idea/Suggestion : Next time flip that big boy on his side, so the side you cut, would be on top. Use the torch to cut a small hole to begin with, FILL IT WITH sand or dirt, so anything inside wouldn't get sent to hell. Also maybe invest in one of those automotive pinhole cameras on the wire you can get from harbor freight for pretty cheap. Just to get a glance inside perhaps. Great find though, guys!

Wouldn’t work. Most safes have bolts or a flange on the hinge side to prevent entry of such nature, especially given this was a high end safe.

If you going to use a torch on a safe drill large hole on top and fill safe with sand or water thru the hole to ensure the contents do not burn! Buy. Bags of cheap sand at Home Depot!

They didnt. It’s fake. Thats a night drop (next to the drive up window that you see in the video). Banks dont put cash lock boxes in a night drop vault. It simply for clients dropping plastic night drop bags like the one they melted in there that had coins in it. It was most likely staged for views/likes.
