I'm in the ATM industry, and this looks totally fake to me. First of all, the cash supply cassettes are completely missing from these ATMs. If the ATM owner took the supply cassettes, they aren't going to just leave the reject cassette. Second, the reject cassette holds rejected notes. These notes have problems, like folds, fading, or torn. The notes you found in the reject cassettes all look pristine.

You need to check the reject bin. This is a separate pop open location that ATMs toss a bill if it gets stuck, but most of the time there is a least several in there. The ATMs will sometimes do this to on purpose during startup.

This is not a thing. ATMs are managed by banks. There is no chance they leave behind cash. I work for a company that builds software to manage such a thing. No one just “forgot” about an atm. I’d like to see verification the money is real.

I've cleaned put bank owned foreclosures for years and I've found some amazing stuff it's a very fun feeling to find something valuable or to find cash.. and yes I do it legally and wait until I'm given the right to throw everything in house away before I touch anything but at that point it's fair game. My best house was probably 6 grand or so in valuables and cash.. other houses have 0 dollars and mold lol never know
