On bummer! Been there! Wore that damn t shirt out! Animals will literally kill you with their version of love! My horny indoor male cat got outside, looking for love. I picked him up to take him back in and he literally shredded my forearm in frustration. I spent a week in the hospital, Christmas and New Year’s this year, with a raging infection that nearly took my arm. When I came home from the hospital he was like a different animal. I’m his favorite human in the house and he thought he had killed me. Darned near did!

I did it two years ago but mine was because our foster kittens wanted to occupy the exact same physical space as my feet... all 19 of them... and gravity was a real bully as I triend not to squash any of them! I'll note they all found good home quickly once we got them to the shelter, because they were so incredibly friendly. 😅

We have 3 kiddos in the summer and all of them are kitty crazy so we knew we could socialize them well... and we did, a little too well! When I got home for the hospital, I always had at least 3 purring stinkers sleeping on me.

I got theory, please like so she can see: Its seems that only the female Emu is aggressive towards you. My theory is that the birds are able to sense your estrogen; hence why the male is less aggressive. Can you film your male partner’s interaction with “Karen” to test this? I suspect that the male Emu would then turn the aggressive one.

If feel for ya. I broke my right ankle several years ago. I heard it snap in 3 different places as I went down to the ground. A couple plates and screws later , I still can’t run right , and it does throb from time to time when there is a storm brewing. And no I did do anything “ fun” to break it. Just slipped in some mud and my ankle twisted wrong.
