Love the way you combine BiG 6 Lymph drainage with PRANAYAMA breathing. I prefer using AHHHEHHHHIIIHHHH instead of just the AHHH, raises the energy and resonates the head Chakras. Good stuff, like always...you rock, doc !

This felt so good. Very sore under the collar bones despite doing lymph drainage daily. During the isometric exercises I noticed my shoulders kept trying to rise/tense. Had to intentionally drop/relax them.

Niiiice! I do the Big Six daily, sometimes 2x a day. Where would you fit this better brain breathing in? Immediately before or after? A completely different time?

Big 6 always comes first if you can. However, breathing can be done anytime on its own

Whenever i do breathing exercises i get pain and tension in the temples. I know it is difficult to say but could tension around the clavical be to blame. Any other exercises for temples relief? Thank you so much for making these videos❤

Thank you very much for watching. It's likely a restricted diaphragm if you are doing breathing and excess tension happens in the head. Check out some of our prior diaphragm videos

I wouldn't do any lymphatic work until you speak to your doctor because I don't know why you are having a lymph node removed

No there is not. The baseline idea is to use different sounds and resonances to change the shape and stimualtion of the mouth and tongue.
